My name is Guus Baggermans. I'm a Principal Designer and digital artist. My design work helps organisations get from "we think this works" to "now we know". I help realize things early, testing them with real people, and learning from what happens. My art explores how we perceive time and impermanence. The two practices come from the same place.

I've been doing this for over fifteen years, across feature film animation, public transport, water management, geological analysis, and consumer products. The contexts change; the approach doesn't.

I work at argodesign, where I am a Principal Designer. Before that, I co-founded Raft in Amsterdam, and I was an interaction designer at frog.

Writing

I write on Substack a few times a month. Prototyping, AI, design practice, time. Things I'm thinking through by making them.
